Jemma Lester has over two decades of experience in marketing to high-net-worth audiences globally, both from a client and agency perspective. Most recently combining her experience in luxury marketing and broadcast TV to create Luxury Marketing House (LMH), a strategic marketing agency, specialising in film and visual content. 

Jemma started her media career at the Seven Network Australia, one of Australia's most watched commercial television stations, this was the beginning of a very exciting career in the media industry. Jemma developed experience in marketing and media production, enjoying a dual role as National Marketing Manager and Lifestyle Features Reporter of Sunrise, Australis top rating breakfast show. Her highlights include: the Sydney Olympics 2000 and global outside broadcast in Las Vegas, Hawaii, Disneyland, China and the Athens Olympics 2004. 

After moving to London, Jemma joined global luxury property fund The Hideaways Club as Global Marketing Director, found by Mike Balfour (OBE) one of the UKs most successful entrepreneurs. She went on to co-found bucket List Film's with Mike as a mentor, a concept providing broadcast quality, highly aspirational films to HNWI's and business leaders. 

She then strategically aligned with the award winning integrated marketing agency Four Communications as Managing Director of the company's luxury marketing practice One Luxury Marketing drawing on her experience and key learnings to set up Luxury Marketing House. 

Jemma now heads up Luxury Marketing House in Mayfair London, with her team of expert advisors, where she brings together her film knowledge with her marketing background to develop strategic luxury marketing solutions specialising in film and visual content. Jemma is also qualified to train and prepare people for filming and continues to lead all project interviews herself.
