Jill Kluge is Chief Marketing Officer responsible for overseeing the Group’s sales and marketing strategies on a global basis. She joined Mandarin Oriental in 1991 in Hong Kong as Group Public Relations Manager and was promoted to Director of Brand Communications in 2000, before taking on her current role in January 2019. Prior to joining the Group, she held various management roles in several international hotel brands in the UK and Asia, focusing on Human Resources, Sales and Brand Marketing. Jill holds a BA in History from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
