Access to the hundreds of retailers operating at Heathrow is available, with the likes of Burberry, Rolex and Cartier on offer through Heathrow’s complimentary Personal Shopper services, available in over 35 languages.
Dedicated security at the Windsor Suite for exclusive use for guests offers a seamless experience before being chauffeured to their aircraft door. Similarly, arriving guests are met off their aircraft before being chauffeured to the Windsor Suite for immigration clearance. Through this bespoke ‘door to door’ service, Heathrow VIP aims to provide guests with the best use of their valuable time, whether they need silence to work, or time to relax with friends and family.
