Enter the Walpole Weekend Wind-Down: a monthly playlist of tracks created by one of our Walpole members or partners that will help you transition into a weekend headspace.
Our December playlist has been created by one of our most recent Walpole members, ...At Sloane. A cosy, Arts & Crafts masterpiece situated close to Sloane Square, this new Chelsea destination was created by famed architect-designer Francois-Joseph Graf. Combining French flair and British sensibility, the new 30-bedroom hotel features two new gathering spaces: a spectacular light filled restaurant on the top floor and a sultry, speakeasy-style bar on the lower ground floor. This bar is soundtracked by the hotel's resident record-master, DJ Malik, who spins a dark, electro soundtrack as the mixologists handcraft signature cocktails to be enjoyed in the candlelight. Perhaps a Mezcaloma (..At Sloane’s deep, Mezcal twist on the normally light and crisp Paloma) or a Citronelle (combining lemongrass-infused Seventy-One gin and freshly pressed cucumber juice, served in a frozen glass exactly -6 degrees in temperature)?
